Refund Policy

 

At The Movement, we’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, here’s what you need to know:

 

 1.  Returns and Exchanges:

  •  You can return or exchange products within seven days of purchase.

  •  The bicycle or accessory must be unused, and the product and its packaging should be undamaged and in original condition.


  2.  Bicycle Collection:

  •  If a bicycle needs to be collected for return or exchange, the customer will be responsible for the collection charges unless there’s a fault with the bike.


  3.  Refunds:

  •  Once we’ve inspected and approved your return, we’ll process your refund through the original payment method.


  4.  Exclusions:

  •  Returns, refunds, or exchanges won’t be accepted if the product has been used or if the packaging is damaged.

  •  Customised or specially ordered bicycles are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
